Downhill skiing

Bedřichov in winter is not just about cross-country skiing. You can also go to the slopes, which are throughout the village. There is a bigger lift for more experienced skiers and for complete beginners there are several children's lifts with a ski school and ski rental.

Dining

Bedřichov is not known for its sports possibilities, but also for gastronomy. If you want to sit outside, have a beer and a good and unusual tasty food, go to the Maliník. If you fancy some Czech classics in a completely unconventional way, then there is the renowned chamber pub Muhu. For more luxurious and socially important occasions, there is the restaurant in at Královka. For pizza or pasta you can go to the Italian restaurant La Pasta and we cannot forget the traditional mountain chalet with Czech cuisine - Prezidentská.

Bars

Bedřichov is also alive in the evening, if you fancy a drink or just to sit with friends, stop by Dolfin, where the local bar will fulfill all your wishes. There's also a new bar at Jarmilka, where you can hop on for another drink and play a game of pool.

Mountain Biking

Whether you ride a road bike, mountain bike or e-bike, there is a wide range of cycling routes suitable for both children and adults. As a motivation, you can choose to visit one of the mountain kiosks where you can replenish your energy and if you have enough strength, you can ride both road and mountain bike to the village of Jizerka, which is a real mountain village with a rich history and several restaurants. It is worth mentioning one of the largest singletrack in the Czech Republic, where even small cyclists can have fun on the easier blue trails and seasoned riders on the black ones.

Hiking

In the summer you can put on your trekking boots and go deep into the forests and discover large water reservoirs where you can take a dip on a hot day, lookout towers that offer unforgettable views or lesser-known forgotten places where you can soak up their beauty without other tourists. If you like blueberries, we'll point you to our favourite places and give you advice on where to pick mushrooms.

Football or Tennis

Would you like to play tennis? We have courts at the stadium in Bedřichov where you can play not only tennis and football, but also other ball sports, so don't forget to pack your balls and rackets when you come to us. In addition, you can have a refreshing drink at Pernerka stand right next to the courts and it will definitely come in handy on a hot day on the court.

Rope Park

Bedřichov is also popular among children, because there is a rope park for children right in the stadium, which has several levels even for beginners. There is also a small climbing wall and a children's rope course right next to the track. If you walk to the stadium from us, just on the way there you will come across five beautiful playgrounds with different climbing frames.

Sledging

If you are tired of skiing or cross-country skiing but still want to actively enjoy winter, you can try bob-sleighing on tyres in the ski area near the Waterworks station, which is only a two-minute drive away. If you'd like to go sledding on classic bobsleds, you'll find similar enthusiasts at the stadium up the hill from Lesní chalupa. And for parents, there's again the Pernerka with hot tea or something sharper. The bobsledding experience for adults also consists of a downhill run from Malinik to Liberec, approximately 6 kilometres long, which we will explain and show you on the map - this is a must have.

Yoga & Wellness

If it rains and you don't want to put on your raincoat, you can go bowling at the Italian restaurant La pasta or relax in the wellness centre in the Uko complex. But what is even more famous in Bedřichov is the Yoga at Uko, where you have a beautiful view of the countryside from the yoga hall and during the classes, which are led by experienced teachers, you not only stretch your body beautifully, but also let your mind relax while listening to the sound of the stream that flows behind the hall.
