As it happens in life, what one least expects often comes true. We met on the famous cross-country skiing trails of the Jizera Highway, which have intertwined our lives, and since we both love sport and mountains, we decided to renovate and remodel an old chalet that used to serve as a hostel for the Czech Press Office. We decided to create two cozy apartments here so that you can share with us this magical place in the heart of nature.

We are a Czech-Slovak couple (Tereza - Czech; Matej - Slovak). We both ride bikes, both mountain and road, cross-country ski, skialp, climb and trek. We would be happy to recommend where to go on a trip in our area and tell you what our favourite places in the Jizera Mountains are. Besides sports, we love to travel around the world and meet friends to share inspiring stories from our travels. We are grateful that we can also offer you family accommodation for your holiday to remember with your friends.

It's not just you and us who stay here, but our son as well, so we understand the needs of families who come to stay with us. We try to create a varied background for the children to keep them entertained so that the parents can have a real holiday too. And because we love animals, you may hear our dog Ice from time to time and over time you may even see a sheep or a chicken.

We have big plans, so watch us as we transform an old house and overgrown garden into a new paradise for your holiday. We hope that you will feel at home with us.

About Jizerína

Our place, secluded in the heart of the Jizera Mountains. We are a young, sporty family who loves nature and peace. We would like to share our cottage with you, where you can relax immensely but you can also go on the trails of the Jizera Magistrale, which in winter is the best place for cross-country skiing in Central Europe. In the summer you can explore the mountains by bike or on foot. It's not for nothing that Bedrichov is said to be an ideal place for families with children, and we have them in mind too. Children can splash in the small stream, explore the large forest behind the house or frolic in the small meadow. Parents will appreciate the fire pit and the sunny terrace overlooking the valley. We have two beautiful apartments in our house, Jizerínka for 4 and Jizerína 6 people. We would welcome happily frolicking children, enthusiastic sportsmen, as well as those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy the tranquility of the mountains. However, in order to enjoy our solitude by the forest, you will need to climb about 100m uphill, thanks to which you will be rewarder with a beautiful view of the treetops from our chalet.
